FOOD TRUCKS · JEFFERSON CITY

Who's cooking in JCMO

Jefferson City's food trucks, and the rallies where most of them turn up. Trucks move — that is the point of them — so this page tells you who they are and where to follow them, and lets each truck tell you where it will be.

Where they gather

Rallies and standing series around town. Free to walk in; you pay the trucks. Which trucks turn up on a given day is announced by the rally and by the trucks themselves, usually a day or two out.

Food Truck Frenzy
EVERY THURSDAY, 11AM–8PM
In the River Market Pavilion, 160 N Chestnut St. Run by JC Parks at the new River Market Pavilion, open since the start of September 2026. Free to walk in; you pay the trucks.
Food Truck Takeover
EVERY TUESDAY AND FRIDAY
In the Sofa City lot, Missouri Blvd. The event name is still being confirmed. Where that is →
Food Truck Friday at the Miller Center
LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH, MARCH–OCTOBER, 5–8PM
In the Miller Performing Arts Center. Where that is →
Brunch Bash
ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH THROUGH OCTOBER
In the 200 block of East High. Run by Downtown Jefferson City Inc.
Capital Region Amphitheater
SUMMER
In the amphitheater. A free summer concert series that draws trucks. Where that is →

Know a truck that belongs here? Tell us and it goes on the list. This roster is kept by hand, because a food truck has no calendar to read: no directory in town is complete, and the trucks themselves are the only ones who know where they will be on Friday.
