Build and Program a Robot to Keep! We’re kicking off January with one of our favorite hands-on projects at LabSpace-building and programming a robot you can keep! In this 3-week series, kids will build their own Cutebot smart car from scratch and learn how to bring it to life using Microsoft MakeCode. We’ll cover the basics of block coding while exploring how sensors work—teaching our robots to navigate rooms, follow lines, flash custom LED lights, and avoid obstacles. Because learning doesn’t stop when class ends, every student takes home their complete setup (the Cutebot, micro:bit board, and battery pack) so they can keep coding and experimenting with family at home. Class Details: Tuition: $110 (covers all 3 sessions + the full robot kit to keep) Wednesdays (Jan 6 – Jan 20): 10:00 AM or 5:30 PM Saturdays (Jan 9 – Jan 23): 10:00 AM Whether your child is completely new to coding or ready for their next project, we’d love to have them at the table with us. We keep our group sizes small so everyone gets plenty of support and space to create.
