Sunday, January 3, 2027, 1:30 pm – Riverside Park Loop and Tour of Sledding Hills. This will be about at 1-mile walk on paved surfaces. Meet at the parking lot near the ballfield concession stand on Optimist Court in the lower part of the park. Dress for the weather. The Jefferson City Trail Users group leads Community Hikes to promote and advocate for local trails. Get together with a group to discover trails with fellowship! These hikes occur each month. Locations and start times vary. Follow JC Parks on Facebook, where we load Community Hikes as events with more information and route maps.
