Registration Opens 10/1/2026 Explore a Missouri cave with us! Hunter’s Cave at Three Creeks Conservation Area (Boone County) gives us a unique look at cave life in Missouri. Join Runge staff as we explore this hidden ecosystem and the natural wonders inside. Participants will be walking in water so rubber boots or closed-toe shoes that can get wet are required. Also, an additional layer of clothing may be desired as cave temperatures are usually around 58 degrees. This program will include a short but steep hike on rugged terrain and include some small spaces inside the cave. Transportation will not be provided. Participants will meet at Three Creeks. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is registered for the program. Details will be emailed to participants prior to the program, including directions on where to meet.
